DELIVERY

Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after placing the order.

You will then be notified by email of the dispatch of your order. This email will contain a tracking number so that you are kept informed of every step during delivery.

We have favored Colissimo-La poste and Chronopost to get your order to its destination.

IN FRANCE

- For mainland France with home delivery, delivery times are 2 to 3 working days.

- For mainland France with delivery to a relay point , delivery times are 3 to 5 working days.

- For mainland France with express delivery , the order must be placed before 12 p.m. to be delivered the next day before 1 p.m.


IN EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

For Europe, delivery times are approximately 2 to 5 working days by Chronopost and 1 week by Colissimo.

For other international countries, delays vary between 1 to 2 weeks, including customs clearance.

Delivery to a relay point in mainland France is free from 60€ of purchase.

Below this amount, delivery is €3.90 via Colissimo Point Relais and €4.90 via Colissimo without signature and €5.90 via Colissimo with signature.

For all orders over €99.99, Colissimo delivery with or without signature is free.

IN EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

For European Union countries, delivery is free from 100 € of purchase.

Below this amount,

- Delivery in Belgium is €8.90 Colissimo Europe without signature or €9.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.

- Delivery in Switzerland is €12.90 Colissimo Europe without signature or €13.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.

For European Union countries in zone 1 and 2 (Greece, Ireland, Italy, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain)

- Delivery is €14.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.

For European Union countries in zone 3 and 4 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Romania)

- Delivery is €15.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.

For the French Overseas Territories , delivery is €25.

For other international countries , delivery is €33.66 for a package less than 1kg and €46.22 for a package greater than 1 kilo

IN FRANCE

You would like to receive your package the next day before 1 p.m. anywhere in mainland France. YESforLOV offers you the Chronopost service at home or pick-up relay.

Delivery the next day before 1 p.m. anywhere in mainland France and Monaco is charged at €16.90 for delivery to your home and €13.90 at a Chrono relay point.

IN EUROPE

- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in Switzerland, billed at €42.40
- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in Belgium, billed at €29.90 for a package of 1 to 2kg and €34.90 for a package greater than 2kg
- An express offer (1 to 3 days) is available in DOMTOM, billed at €59.90.
- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in ZONE 1 and 2 of Europe, charged €24.90 for a package less than 1kg, €29.90 for a package less than 2kg and €34.90 for a package greater than 2kg /
- An express offer (2 to 5 days) is available in ZONE 3 and 4 of Europe, charged €43.90 for a package less than 1kg and €53.90 for a package less than 2kg and €62.90 for a package greater than 2kg
- An express offer (2 to 5 days) is available internationally, billed at €75 for a package less than 1kg, €90 for a package less than 2kg and €105 for a package greater than 2kg.

In accordance with current law, we offer you the possibility of returning your order to us within fourteen days of receipt.

And if the package I received does not correspond to my order, what should I do?

Oops ! Tell yourself that this never normally happens. If, however, this happens to you, contact our customer advisor immediately. She will be happy to examine with you the terms of return or exchange of your order, your shipping costs will naturally be refunded to you. With all our apologies.

REFUND

In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if a Product delivered does not give complete satisfaction to the Customer, the latter may return it to YESforLOV within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.


The Customer must send an email to the address contact@yesforlov.com specifying the order number while informing of his decision to withdraw. YESforLOV will send the return procedure to the Customer.


Return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The return of the Products must be made in their original packaging (or, at the very least, in packaging providing equivalent protection to said Products during their return transport), where applicable in the unopened original box. , in perfect condition allowing them to be put back on sale by YESforLOV, unopened, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.).


In the event of a return of Products which have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts for purchase, the Customer must also return the said gift(s) received in consideration for the order of the returned Product(s). as well as their original box, in the same conditions as indicated.
