DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order has been placed.
You will then be notified by email of the shipment of your order. This email will contain a tracking number so that you are kept informed of each step during delivery.
We favored Colissimo-La Poste and Chronopost to bring your order to your destination.
- For metropolitan France with home delivery, lead times are 2 to 3 working days.
- For metropolitan France with delivery to a relay point , the deadlines are 3 to 5 days.
- For metropolitan France with express delivery , the order must be placed before 10 a.m. to be delivered the next day before 1 p.m.
IN EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
For Europe , the delays are approximately 2 to 5 days by Chronopost and 1 week by Colissimo.
For other international countries, the delays vary between 1 to 2 weeks including customs clearance.
Colissimo home delivery with signature in mainland France is free from purchases of €60.
Below this amount, delivery is €3.90 in Colissimo Point Relais and €4.90 via Colissimo without signature.
IN EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
For the countries of the European Union, the delivery is free from 100 € of purchase.
Below this amount,
- Delivery in Belgium is €8.90 Colissimo Europe without signature or €9.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.
- Delivery in Switzerland is €12.90 Colissimo Europe without signature or €13.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.
For European Union countries in zone 1 and 2 (Greece, Ireland, Italy, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain)
- Delivery is €14.90 Colissimo Europe with signature.
For European Union countries in zone 3 and 4 ( Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Romania)
- The delivery is 15.90 € Colissimo Europe with signature.
For the DOM-TOM , the delivery is 25 €.
For other international countries , delivery is 33.66€ for a package less than 1kg and 46.22€ for a package over 1kg
You want to receive your package the next day before 1 p.m. anywhere in metropolitan France. YESforLOV offers you the Chronopost service at home or pick-up point.
Delivery the next day before 1 p.m. anywhere in mainland France and Monaco is billed at €19.40 for delivery to your home and only €15.40 at a Pick-up relay.

- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in Switzerland, invoiced at €42.40
- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in Belgium, invoiced at €27.90
- An express offer (1 to 3 days) is available in the DOMTOMs, invoiced at €59.80.
- An express offer (1 to 2 days) is available in ZONE 1 and 2 of Europe, charged at €34.90.
- An express offer (2 to 5 days) is available in ZONE 2 and 3 of Europe, invoiced at €39.90 for a 1kg package and €44.90 for a 2kg package.
- An express offer (2 to 5 days) is available internationally, charged at €63 for a 1kg package and €78.85 for a 2kg package
In accordance with the law in force, we offer you the possibility of returning your order to us within fourteen days of receipt.
And if the package I received does not match my order, what do I do?
Whoops ! Tell yourself that normally this never happens. If, however, this should happen to you, contact our customer advisor immediately. It will be a pleasure to examine with you the terms of return or exchange of your order, your shipping costs will of course be refunded to you. With all our apologies.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if a Product delivered does not fully satisfy the Customer, the latter may return it to YESforLOV within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the order.
The Customer must send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number while informing of his decision to withdraw. YESforLOV will send the return procedure to the Customer.
Return costs will be borne by YESforLOV.
The return of the Products must be in their original packaging (or, at the very least, in a packaging conferring equivalent protection of the said Products during their return transport), if necessary in the original unopened box. , in perfect condition allowing them to be put back on sale by YESforLOV, unopened, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty...).
In the event of the return of Products that have been the subject of a promotional offer including one or more gifts against purchase, the Customer must also return the said gift(s) received in return for the order of the returned Product(s). as well as their original box, under the same conditions as indicated.
